Phi Mu Alpha Gamma has the honor of supporting Children’s Miracle Network, specifically Children’s of Alabama right here in Birmingham! Children’s Miracle Network provides life changing medical care for children and families experiencing some of the hardest times of their lives. As a chapter, we raised almost $60,000 for Children’s of Alabama through our spring semester partnership with Meals To Missions. We are so excited to host our annual benefit concert, Bonnamu, in the fall with all proceeds going to support Children’s. We have had the privilege of meeting several different families, hearing about the impact that Children’s has had on their lives. Each child has a unique story and we are so thankful for the opportunity to be apart of them. This philanthropy is so dear to our hearts, and we are eager to be back with our friends at Children’s in the fall!

COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL
Our chapter not only supports Children's Miracle Network Hospital, but we also sponsor two Compassion International children. Compassion International is a sponsorship program that partners with churches around the world and helps families that are in need through schooling and medical care. We sponsor Brineili, age 10, from the Dominican Republic and Mutoni, age 5 from Rwanda. As a chapter we write letters to them and read their responses at the following chapter meeting. Being able to connect with these girls has brought so much love to our chapter!
